1:1 Sessions
Host small-group sessions
Let several clients book the same time slot, such as a small breathwork circle or a couples session.
With Allow group booking, a session type lets more than one client book the same slot, up to a limit you set. The first person to book a time opens it; others can join until it's full.
When to use this
- Small classes or circles that run whenever people book them, rather than on a fixed date.
- Couples, family or friends' sessions where one person books several seats.
- Semi-private training with two to six people.
If you'd rather pick the date and time yourself and invite people to it, use an event instead. Sessions are for times clients choose.
Set it up
Open the session's settings
Go to Offerings → 1:1 Sessions, open the session type, and click Settings at the top.
Turn on group booking
Switch on Allow group booking ("Let multiple customers share a single time slot.").
Set the limit
In Max attendees per slot, enter the most people who can book the same time (2 or more). Click Update.
Set the price per person
The session price is what each seat costs. Someone booking for two people pays for two seats.
Good to know
- Group bookings are marked. In your bookings they carry a Group badge ("Shares slot with other participants"), and the booking page shows the number of Seats.
- One meeting link per slot. For online sessions, everyone in the same slot gets the same link.
- The first booking sets the format. In a hybrid session, if the first person books online, the rest of that slot is online too.
- Add-ons and group size. A required per-attendee add-on needs enough capacity for a full group. If not, you'll see "Session capacity exceeds a required add-on".
Group booking and bundles can't be combined. Allow group booking is locked while Bundle Size is above 1: "Not available for bundled sessions. Set Bundle Size to 1 in Details to enable group booking."
What your members see
Above the calendar, a Seats counter ("Up to N.") lets them book one or more places in the same time. Only times with that many places free are shown. The Confirm Booking page shows the price times the number of seats, and the total.
