Soul AI
Your built-in assistant that can edit your portal, create offerings, build landing pages and read your numbers, with your approval.
Soul AI is an assistant built into your dashboard. Ask it in plain language and it can do the work for you, or explain how something works.
Open it
- Home is a chat with Soul AI.
- Elsewhere, click the Ask Soul orb. On landing pages it reads Edit with Soul.

What it can do

Answers come with sources
When you ask how something in Soul works, Soul AI looks it up in this help center first and answers from what it finds. Each answer shows small numbered links after the sentences they support, and a Sources list under the reply. Click a source to open the exact section it came from.
If the help center doesn't cover your question, Soul AI says so instead of guessing, and offers to pass the question on to the Soul team. If the feature it found is in beta, it tells you it may not be available to everyone yet.
You stay in control
Whenever Soul AI wants to change something, it shows an action card marked Awaiting your approval. Nothing changes until you click Confirm, or Approve all for a batch. You can preview your portal on desktop and mobile right in the chat, and Download transcript to keep a copy of the conversation.
Tips
- Be specific. "Make my bio warmer and mention my breathwork classes" works better than "fix my bio".
- Give real details. Prices, dates, names and testimonials make better offerings and pages than placeholders.
- Start a new chat for a new topic. Long conversations use more credits.
- Some things it can't do for you, like connecting Google Calendar or Zoom. It'll tell you where to go instead.
Soul AI is part of an active Soul subscription. Without one you'll see "Subscribe to use Soul AI." Usage is measured in credits, with an included allowance each month. See AI usage and credits.
