Get paid, price your membership, run promotions, look after customers and read your numbers.

The Business pillar is where the money side of your practice lives: how you get paid, what your membership costs, who has bought from you, refunds, and how it's all going.

  • Stripe takes payments and pays you. You connect it once with Set Up Payout.
  • Transactions: every payment across your offerings, with fees and net amounts.
  • Payouts: money on its way to your bank. See How payouts work.
  • Refunds: full or partial, from a transaction or in answer to a member's request. See Answer a refund request.

Good to know

  • Set up payouts before you sell anything paid. Parts of your dashboard stay locked until you do.
  • You keep your earnings, minus card processing fees.
  • A new membership price applies to new subscribers only. Existing members keep the price they joined at.
  • Your list is yours. Soul never sells your or your members' data.
