Download your payments as a CSV with amounts, fees, net amounts, promo codes and payout status, for your records or your accountant.

Export CSV on the Transactions tab gives you a spreadsheet of your payments, one row per payment. Use it for monthly bookkeeping, your taxes, or to count how often a promo code was used.

When to use this

  • Month end: a record of everything you sold and the fees you paid.
  • Your accountant asks for a sales report.
  • You want to analyze sales in a spreadsheet, for example by offering or by promo code.

Open Transactions

Go to Business → Payouts & Transactions. Stay on the Transactions tab.

Set the filter

Click Filter in the table. Set a Date range (for example the first and last day of the month) and, if you want one kind of offering, an Offering. Leave both empty to export everything.

Export

Click Export CSV. The button shows Exporting… while the file is prepared, then the download starts.

The export follows the table's Filter (Offering and Date range). It doesn't use the search box or the period buttons at the top of the page, and it isn't limited to the page of results you're looking at.

Tips

  • Do it monthly. A file per calendar month matches how most accountants work.
  • Count a promo code's uses by filtering the Promotion Code column.
  • For refunds, filter the Status column, then open individual payments on the Transactions tab to see how much was refunded and when.
  • Need a list of people instead of payments? Use Export your customer list.
  • Your Stripe dashboard has its own reports, including the payouts to your bank. Use them to match Soul's Net Amount against what arrived in your account.
