Block your busy times, get bookings in your calendar, and create a Zoom link for every 1:1 session.

Settings → Integrations ("Connect the tools you use for scheduling and meetings.") connects your calendar and Zoom so 1:1 sessions run themselves.

When to use this

  • Clients are booking times when you're already busy.
  • You want bookings to land in your Google Calendar.
  • You want a meeting link created automatically for every online 1:1 booking.

The connections

Google Calendar (personal)Connected AccountsYour own availability: your busy times block session slots, and your bookings land in your calendar

Open Integrations

Connect Google Calendar

Under Connected Accounts, click Connect on Google Calendar. A Google window opens: choose your account and allow every permission it asks for. The card changes to Connected and shows your email.

Connect Zoom

Under Connected Accounts, click Connect on Zoom and sign in to Zoom.

Connect your portal calendar (optional)

If your portal uses a shared calendar for bookings, click Connect under Portal Connected Accounts.

Make your session types online

Open each 1:1 session type and turn on the online option ("Share meeting links automatically via Zoom, Google Meet, or manual links."). Meeting links are then created from the assigned staff member's Google or Zoom account, or you can add one by hand.

Tips

  • Allow every permission. If something's missing, the card shows Missing Permissions. Click Reconnect and allow them all.
  • Availability is set per session type, not here. Your calendar only blocks out busy times on top of the hours you set.
  • Test it: book a session on your own portal from a second account and check it appears in your calendar with a Zoom link.

Automatic meeting links are created for 1:1 sessions only. For events, paste your own meeting link into the event.
