Your Soul subscription
How you pay for Soul: pay-what-you-choose pricing, the free trial, and managing your billing.
Your Soul subscription is what you pay Soul to run your portal. It's separate from the membership your own members pay you.
When to use this
- You're choosing a plan for the first time.
- You want to update your card, see invoices, or change or cancel your plan.
Pay what you choose
When you subscribe, a slider lets you pick your monthly amount. Markers show what your contribution supports:
- $44 gives you tools to grow your community
- $55 supports our team to build new features for you
- $66 donates Soul to an underserved school
Tick Annual subscription to pay yearly at a discount. Everything is included at any price. You keep your earnings from members, minus card processing fees.
Open the plans
Click View plans on Home ("Subscribe to Soul"), or go through sign-up.
Choose your amount
Slide to the amount that feels fair. Tick Annual subscription for yearly billing.
Add a promo code (optional)
Start
Click Start your 14-day free trial if you're eligible, or Start your subscription, and complete checkout.
Free trial
New Luminaries get a 14-day free trial. If you've subscribed before, you'll see Start your subscription instead. Some promo codes and referral links add extra trial days.
What needs a subscription
Publishing your portal and going live, Soul AI, and circles in your community. Without a subscription you'll see prompts like "Choose a plan to publish your portal, unlock Soul, and go live."
Manage billing
Open your account menu → Subscription & Billing, then click Manage your billing. This opens a secure billing page where you can update your card, see invoices, and change or cancel your plan.
Add-ons
- A custom domain is $12/month, charged monthly to your card on file.
- Extra AI usage beyond your included allowance is optional: prepaid credit or pay as you go.
Earn free time
Share Soul with other practitioners from Business → Grow Revenue → Share Soul. You each receive free days.
