My Portal - Soul Help Center

Your public home on Soul: what it is, how it's built, and where every design control lives.

Your Portal is your public home on Soul. It's one link that holds your story and everything you offer: sessions, events, courses, content, your membership and more. It replaces a link-in-bio page, a basic website and a booking page, so it's the link you put in your Instagram or TikTok bio.

You design it in My Portal → Design, with a live preview of your real portal beside the controls.

When to use what

What visitors see

Your portal reads top to bottom:

Cover image (your banner), Profile Photo and name.
Your Social Links and Bio, plus up to two Header Buttons (for example Join Membership or Book a call).
Four blocks in a fixed order: Featured Video, Membership, Highlights, Links.
Your other sections (Sessions, Events, Courses and so on) in the order you choose.

A small "Powered by Soul" note appears at the bottom of every portal page. It can't be removed.

Your portal address is https://bringsoul.life/portal/<your-handle>. Members who sign in can also reach their own space from your portal: their messages, activity, purchases and your community.

Anatomy

Profile (edited on the preview)

In edit mode, every part of your profile has a pencil button right on the preview. Click it to edit.

Name	The heading on your portal	You can set a Public name and a different Subscriber name (optional) that only active subscribers see.
Bio	Who you are and what you offer	Rich text (bold, italics, links). Turn off Show full description to show a short excerpt with "read more".
Profile photo	Your face or mark, cropped to a circle	Around 400×400px, square.
Cover image	The banner across the top	Separate Desktop (about 1400×300px, 13:3) and Mobile (about 720×300px, 12:5) images. Mobile falls back to desktop. Pick one from Or Choose from Our Gallery if you don't have a photo.
Social links	Icons under your name	Instagram, Facebook, Threads, X, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Pinterest, Snapchat, Discord, WhatsApp, Website, Spotify, Apple Podcast, Substack, Email, LinkedIn, Linktree. Up to 6 icons show.
Header buttons	Up to two buttons in your header	Get updates (opens a lead form), Message (members only), Join membership (goes to your pricing page) or Custom link. One can be the filled, main button.

Sections

Sections decide what appears on your portal. They don't create or delete anything: turning off Events hides your events from the portal, but your events still exist.

Each section that's on has its own visibility: Public & Subscribers, Subscribers Only or Public Only. See Show different things to visitors and members.

Theme & Logo

Theme: a preset look (colours plus a headline font). Presets include Calm & Universal, Grounded & Therapeutic, Gentle & Restorative, Poetic & Spiritual, Heart-Centered, Modern & Professional and Minimal & Design-Forward, plus newer Sage, Clay, Indigo and Dusk.
Custom theme: choose your own Headline Font, Body Font, Background Color and Accent Color.
Fonts: change the headline and body font of any theme.
Logo: appears in your portal's navigation menu. Square, at least 200×200px, JPG, PNG or WebP.

Your brand colours carry through to your sign-up flow and your emails too.

Where it lives

My Portal → Design (portal.bringsoul.life/portal) is one screen:

Theme & Logo and Sections tabs on the left (on a phone or small window, the controls are on the page and a Preview button opens the preview).
The Live Preview on the right, with Edit and Preview modes, a Mobile / Desktop switch and a Share button.

How saving works

What you change	How it saves
Sections: on/off, order, visibility	Automatically. You'll see "Saving…" then "Saved".
Theme, custom theme and fonts	Click Save in the Theme & Logo tab. Until you do, the preview shows "Live preview · unsaved".
Name, bio, photos, links, highlights, video, logo, header buttons	Each dialog saves on its own when you click Save, Done or upload.

There's no separate "publish" step. Changes go live as soon as they save.

Good to know

Publishing an offering doesn't switch its section on. If something new isn't showing, turn on its section.
A brand-new portal starts with every section off.
Treat your handle (the part after /portal/) as permanent once you've shared it. See Share your portal.
The preview image people see when your link is shared comes from your cover image.
