Raise or lower your membership price, switch between a range and tiers, and understand what happens to members who already pay.

You can change your membership price whenever you like on Business → Pricing. The new price is for people who join from then on; members who already pay keep their price.

When to use this

  • You're raising your price and want to know who it affects.
  • You want to add a tier or a yearly option.
  • You'd like to move from a sliding scale to fixed tiers, or back.

Open Pricing

Go to Business → Pricing ("Manage your subscription pricing and promotions."), on the Pricing tab.

Make your change

With Pricing Range, change the Minimum Price (USD), Maximum Price (USD) or Annual Discount (%). With Pricing Tiers, change a tier's Base monthly price, billing options or Subscription Duration, add a tier with Add Price Tier, or remove one.

Switch model (optional)

Click Switch to Tiers under "Prefer a Detailed Pricing Structure?", or Switch to Range under "Prefer a Simple Price Range?". Switching to tiers starts you with two tiers based on your range.

Save

Click Save Changes. You'll see "Pricing updated successfully!"

To bring current members onto a new price, tell them and ask them to re-subscribe at the new price: they cancel under Purchases, then join again from your pricing page. To give them a lower price than your new list price, create a promo code for My Portal and share it with them.

Tips

  • Raising prices? Tell current members they're keeping their rate. It's good news, and it rewards early supporters.
  • Changing your membership's refund rules is on the same tab: the Refund policy card "Overrides your portal default for subscriptions only."
  • Soul AI can change your pricing too. Ask on Home, for example "Change my membership to three tiers: $25, $45 and $75". It shows you the change to confirm first.

What your members see

Your pricing page at https://bringsoul.life/portal/<your-handle>/pricing shows the new prices straight away. Existing members see no change to their billing. While their membership is active, opening the pricing page takes them to your portal instead.
