1:1 Sessions
Sell a package of sessions
Sell several sessions for one price, with the client picking all their times when they book.
A Bundle is a session type where one purchase covers several sessions, such as 4 coaching sessions for $300. It's set with Bundle Size.
When to use this
- Your work happens over a series, like a 6-week coaching container.
- You want clients to commit to the whole journey, not one session at a time.
- You'd like to offer a better per-session rate for committing upfront.
Set it up
Create or open the session type
Go to Offerings → 1:1 Sessions. Create a session with New Session Type, or open an existing one. Bundles are usually a separate session type from your single session.
Set the bundle size
Click Edit. In Bundle Size, enter the number of sessions in the package, from 2 to 20. You'll see "Customers will need to select N time slots when booking this session."
Price the whole package
Under Pricing, enter the price for all the sessions together. For 4 sessions at $75 each, enter 300, not 75.
Name it clearly
Put the count in the name and headline, such as 4-Session Coaching Package. Click Update. The detail page shows "Bundle of 4 sessions".
Check your availability
Clients choose every session when they book, so make sure your Availability tab has enough open time over the coming weeks.
Good to know
- Each session has its own meeting link and can be moved separately. On the booking you'll see "Session 1", "Session 2" and so on, each with its own time and link. Edit All lets you set every meeting link at once.
- Clients pick all times upfront. If one needs moving, open the booking and use Reschedule.
- Online sessions get a link per session. If your Zoom or Google account is connected, each session gets its own link. Otherwise, add them on the booking.
- Price is for the whole bundle. The single most common mistake is entering the per-session price.
- Bundles can't be group sessions. Bundle Size is locked while Allow group booking is on, and the reverse. - Bundles can't be included in a pass.
What your members see
The session page shows the price "for N sessions". They pick one time after another, and the button reads Pick N more times until they've chosen them all, then Book N Sessions. The Confirm Booking page lists every time they picked, with one price for N sessions. Their booking page lists every session time under Your dates, and they can add the sessions to their calendar from there.
