1:1 Sessions
Offer a session only to specific clients
Keep a session off your public page and share it only with the people you choose, or with your subscribers.
Not every session belongs on your public page. A returning-client rate, an advanced session for people you've already worked with, or a members-only offer can be hidden with Visibility.
| Visibility | Who sees it | Who can book |
|---|---|---|
| Public | Everyone, on your sessions page | Anyone |
| Unlisted | No one browsing. "Session doesn't appear in listings but can be accessed with the direct URL." | Anyone with the link |
| Private | Your subscribers only | Your subscribers only |
When to use this
- Unlisted: a returning-client session, a follow-up you offer after a first appointment, or a session you're still setting up.
- Private: a perk for members of your portal subscription.
Set it up
Create a separate session type
Go to Offerings → 1:1 Sessions and click New Session Type, for example Follow-up Session (Returning Clients), with its own duration and price.
Change the visibility
Click Settings at the top of the session page. Under Visibility, choose Unlisted or Private, and click Update. The badge under the title changes to match.
Finish setup
Share the link with the right people
Open the … menu and choose Share to copy the link. Send it directly: in a message, an email, or the notes after a first session.
Good to know
- Soul doesn't know who's a "returning client". An unlisted session can be booked by anyone who has the link. It works because you control who gets it.
- Private sessions need a subscription. Visitors who aren't subscribed can't see or book them.
- Filter your list. On the Sessions page, filter by Visibility to see your unlisted and private sessions.
- Use Unlisted as a draft. Sessions don't have a draft mode, so Unlisted is the quiet way to set one up before going public.
Don't edit your public session's price or length to suit one person. Every setting applies to everyone who books it. Make a separate unlisted session instead.
What your members see
Unlisted and private sessions don't appear on your sessions page for people who shouldn't see them. Someone with an unlisted link sees the normal booking page and books as usual. Your subscribers see private sessions alongside your public ones.
