Make an item or collection unlisted so it stays off your portal but anyone you send the link to can open it.

When to use this

  • A recording made for one client, a workshop group or a retreat cohort.
  • A bonus you only send to people on your email list.
  • Something people outside your membership should be able to reach, without it appearing on your portal.

How it works

Unlisted content isn't listed on your portal or in member feeds. Anyone with the link can open it, and they don't have to be a subscriber. You can still add a price or a form.

Add the item as standalone

Go to Offerings → Content Library, open the Content tab and click Add Content. Upload the file or write an article. (Unlisted isn't offered for items inside a collection.)

Set Visibility to Unlisted

Under Visibility, choose Unlisted: "Only those with the link can access this content". Click Save, then finish the Pricing and Form steps (leave them empty for free access).

Copy the link

Open the card's ⋯ menu and click Copy Link, or use Copy Link under Quick Actions on the item page.

Send it

Paste the link into an email, a message or your session notes.

Share a whole set

Create a collection and set its Visibility to Unlisted ("Only those with the link can access"). Add items inside, then share the collection link with More actions → Share on the collection page.

Good to know

  • Unlisted isn't secret. Anyone who gets the link can open it and pass it on. For content only your members should see, use Private. For one specific person, add a form or price so you know who opened it.
  • Unlisted is not a draft. It's live. To hide something completely while you work on it, use Move to Draft. See Prepare content as a draft.
  • Whole courses can't be unlisted yet. Unlisted library items are a good alternative.

What your members see

The person you sent it to opens the link and sees the item page with the player, article or download button. If you added a price or form, they see that first. Unlisted items have a Share button, so they can pass the link on.
