Create and sell a series as a collection
Group related items, like a 7-day meditation series, into one collection and sell them together for one price.
When to use this
- You have several pieces that belong together: a series, a workshop's recordings, a seasonal set.
- You want people to pay once and get everything.
- You'd like to keep adding to the set later.
Create the collection
Go to Offerings → Content Library. On the Collections tab, click Add Collection. Give it a name, a description and a Cover Image (or Choose from Gallery). Set Visibility to Public, then click Create & Continue.
Price the whole collection
On the next step, click Add Price and enter the Regular Price. Then click Add subscriber price and enter what your subscribers pay ($0 if it's included for them). Click Done. You can also click Skip for Now and price it later from Edit.
Add the items
Open the collection and click Add → Content for each piece. Or use Add → Bulk Upload to drop in many files at once. Leave each item's own price empty. The collection's price covers them.
Put them in order
Click More actions → Reorder, drag the items into order and click Save Order.
Group into folders (optional)
For a longer program, click Add → Folder to create Week 1, Week 2 and so on, and move items into them.
Share it
Use More actions → Share on the collection page, or Copy Link on the collection card. Make sure the Collections section is on in My Portal → Design.
Good to know
- One price unlocks everything inside, including items you add later.
- Only the top-level collection can be priced. Folders inside it follow the collection's price and visibility.
- Need answers before people buy? Attach a form to the whole collection with More actions → Attach Form.
- Items you add to a collection can't be Unlisted. They take their access from the collection.
- Duplicate to save time. Duplicate on the collection card copies a collection so you can build a similar one.
Always set a Subscriber Price on a paid collection. If you only set a Regular Price, your subscribers will be asked to pay for it too. Set Subscriber Price to $0 if they should get it free, or to a lower amount for a member discount.
Don't give items inside a paid collection their own price unless you mean it. A buyer who unlocked the collection still has to pay separately for any item that has its own price.
What your members see
The collection page shows your cover, description, the list of items and the price under Purchase Required. They click Purchase Collection and pay with Pay $X. If they open an item before buying, they see "This content is part of a collection. Purchase the collection to unlock this content." After paying, every item in the collection opens for them.
