Let pass holders book your sessions or events at a lower price instead of for free.

Pass holders pay a reduced price, such as $20 instead of $35 a class, for as long as their pass is active. Everyone else still pays the regular price.

When to use this

  • A "studio card": pay a small amount up front, then save on every booking.
  • Unlimited free sessions would overload your calendar.
  • You want a pass that pays for itself after a few bookings.

Steps

Open your pass

Offerings → Passes, then click the pass. Create one first if you need to (guide).

Attach the offering with a reduced price

Click Attach Offering. Tick the session type (or the event, then its tickets). The dialog shows the regular price for reference. Type the pass-holder price, e.g. 20, and click Set (or press Enter). You'll see "Pass holders pay $20".

Save

Click Done (N offerings to attach). The Offerings card lists each item with its pass price.

Tips

  • Make the maths obvious in the pass description: "$60 pass, then $20 classes (normally $35) for 3 months."
  • You can mix: one session free, another discounted, in the same pass.
  • To discount the pass itself for a launch, use Add discount in the Pricing card, not a promo code. Promo codes can't target passes.

If the pass price you type is higher than the item's regular price, the dialog warns you. Pass holders would pay more than everyone else, so double-check the number.

What your members see

On an attached session, the Confirm Booking page shows Pay with, with their pass chosen: Your <pass name> · $… at the pass price, next to Regular price · $…. Members with more than one pass can pick which one to use, or choose Regular price. Event tickets show and charge the regular price for now, even for pass holders.
