Sell a membership-style pass, like 3 months of free 1:1 calls, that switches off on its own when the time is up.

Members pay once, then book your sessions for free for as long as the pass lasts. When it ends, they're back to your regular price. You don't have to step in.

When to use this

  • A coaching program with a fixed length: "12 weeks of unlimited check-in calls."
  • A seasonal offer: "Book any session free all summer."
  • You want the access to expire on its own, without cancelling anything.

Steps

Create the pass

Offerings → Passes → Create Pass. Name it after the outcome, e.g. "3-Month Coaching Pass", and add a cover image.

Set the duration

⋯ → Edit → Duration. Enter 90 days (or 84 days for 12 weeks). Click Save. The Duration card now reads "90 days".

Set the price people pay for the pass

Pricing → Add Price, enter the amount, then Save Changes.

Attach your sessions for free

Attach Offering → Session tab. Tick each session type the pass covers, click Free on each, then Done.

Share it

Click Share and send the link to your clients.

Good to know

  • The window counts from activation, not purchase. A member can buy now and activate in two weeks. They pick the start date on the pass page, or the pass starts with their first booking.
  • Unlimited bookings, limited by your calendar. A pass doesn't count sessions. Holders can book as many free sessions as your availability allows. If that's too generous, use a discount or a session bundle instead.
  • Each booking must fit inside the window. A session booked after the pass expires is charged at the regular price.
  • Bundle session types can't be attached. They're greyed out in the list.

Members can't pause or extend a pass once it's activated. If someone needs more time, grant them another pass or use Expire and grant again from Manage Users.

What your members see

After they pick a time, the Confirm Booking page shows Pay with, with Your <pass name> · Included already chosen, and the button reads Book Now. They can still choose Regular price if they'd rather pay. If the pass hasn't started, they see "Booking starts your <pass name> on <date>." The pass is only offered for times inside its window. For a time outside it, they see the regular price.
