Give holders pass-holder prices with no end date, such as a lifetime or founding-member pass.

A pass with no duration stays active forever once it's activated. Holders keep their free or discounted prices on the sessions and events you attach.

When to use this

  • A Founding Member or lifetime offer.
  • A permanent perk for a small group, like past retreat guests or close collaborators.
  • A free pass that just unlocks a special price, which you grant to people by hand.

Steps

Create the pass

Offerings → Passes → Create Pass. Name it clearly, e.g. "Founding Member Pass".

Leave the duration empty

A new pass is already unlimited. If you're changing an existing one, go to ⋯ → Edit, set days, hrs and min all to 0, and click Save. The Duration card reads "Unlimited".

Set the price and attach offerings

Pricing → Add Price, then Attach Offering with the pass-holder price for each session or event.

Good to know

  • Members see "Unlimited access" on the pass. After they activate it, the pass page shows "Active since <date>", with no end date.
  • On User Passes the Validity column shows "<start date> — No end".
  • You can still end one person's pass with Expire on their row.
  • Changing the duration later only affects passes bought or granted after the change. Anyone who already has the unlimited version keeps it.

"Forever" is a long promise. Attaching a session for Free on an unlimited pass means those holders never pay for it again. Consider a discounted pass price instead, or keep the pass invite-only by granting it rather than selling it.

What your members see

The pass card and page say "Unlimited access". If they activate it from the pass page, the confirmation reads "Your pass will activate on <date>." with no end date. Booking an attached session with the pass also starts it.
