Every place a form can appear: its own link, a button on your portal, a landing page, before an offering, or by email.

A form does nothing until people can reach it. Each form has its own link, and you can also place it on your portal, inside a landing page, in front of an offering, or in an email.

Copy it

Open the form and click Share, or click Copy Link in the form's ⋯ menu on Audience → Forms & Funnels. You'll see "Form link copied to clipboard."

Check it

Paste it into a private browser window and submit a test answer.

Put it where people are

Your link in bio, a story, a podcast's show notes, an email signature, an announcement, an AutoDM reply, or a link on your portal (see Add links and header buttons).

The copied link is a short link. Once your own domain is live, it becomes yourname.com/forms/<form-id> instead. Links you shared before keep working.

There's no embed code for other websites. To use a form on a site outside Soul, link to it.

Put it on a landing page

A landing page can carry a real, working form styled to match the page. Lead forms can sit in a single row (a newsletter strip); custom forms can run one question at a time. Responses go to the form's own Leads or Responses tab, just like any other submission. See Add a form to a landing page.

Only forms added with Add form → Pick a form (or by Soul AI) actually save anything. A form drawn into a page's design by hand is decoration.

Require it before an offering

Attach a custom form to a session type, an event ticket, a content item, a collection or your membership, and people fill it in before they can book, register, buy or subscribe. You can let returning people skip it with Allow one-time submission reuse. See Build an intake or application form.

Send it by email

To send a custom form when something happens (someone subscribes, books a session, registers for an event, enrolls in a course or joins your community), create an automation with the action Ask to Fill Out Form. They get an email inviting them to fill it out: "You're invited to fill out: …"

Feature it on your portal

What people see

The form page shows your form title, "by [your portal name]," your description and the questions. A lead form with a Landing Page shows your headline, subheading, image and description instead. After submitting they see a thank-you message. People don't need a Soul account to fill in a form.
