Profile and settings
Your photo, name and email; how Soul contacts you; and deleting your account.
My Profile
Open My Profile from your account menu. You'll see My Soul Profile.
- Photo: Add photo or Change photo, any image such as a JPG or PNG, up to 20 MB. You can crop it before it's saved, and Remove takes it off.
- Full name: edit it and click Save.
- Email: click Change. See changing your email.
Settings
Open Settings from your account menu. These apply everywhere you use Soul.

If you're on a Soul Path, Settings also shows You’re on Soul Path, with Cancel Path to leave it.
Delete your account
In My Profile, click Delete Account, then Email deletion request. This opens an email to privacy@bringsoul.life. Our team handles it by hand, and deletion is permanent. Cancel any active memberships first, so you're not billed again.
Beta. Deleting your account yourself is rolling out and may not be on for your account yet. Where it is on, Delete Account shows Delete my account instead of the email request.
With self-serve deletion, click Delete Account, then Delete my account. Deletion is permanent and signs you out. Before you can delete your account, end anything still running yourself. Soul lists what's left, with a link to where you end it:
- Active paid memberships and subscriptions. Cancel each one with Manage in Purchases.
- Upcoming sessions. Cancel them in Bookings, or wait until they've passed.
- Upcoming event registrations. Cancel them in Registrations, or wait until the events have passed.
- Membership of an organization account. Ask the organization to remove you, or email support@bringsoul.life.
If you're also a Luminary, deleting your account also deletes your Luminary account and every portal you own. Each portal is put on hold first, and you finish its closing checklist in your dashboard. Your account is deleted once the last portal closes. Until then, click Delete Account again to see the progress or click Cancel deletion. See Close your portal.
