Exploring a portal
A Luminary's portal starts with their story: bio, highlights, links and often a featured video. Below that are rows like Book a session, Courses, Upcoming events, Paths, Collections and Chat Spaces. Use See All on a row, or the portal menu, to see everything.
Buttons at the top are set by the Luminary. They might include a subscribe button, a sign-up form for updates, or a link. A message button appears only once you're a subscriber.
Join a membership
A membership is a recurring subscription to one Luminary. It unlocks their members-only content, community and prices.
Open their pricing
Click Join on the membership card, the Luminary's subscribe button, or any locked item in the portal menu. You can also go straight to bringsoul.life/portal/<handle>/pricing.
Choose your plan
The page is headed Join Luminary's space. Depending on what the Luminary offers, you can pick:
- a monthly or yearly plan (a yearly plan that saves you money is tagged Best value),
- a price on a sliding scale, under Choose your monthly price: "Every amount opens the same space.",
- a single payment for a fixed length of access.
Then click Continue, which shows the plan you picked.
Create your account, if you're not signed in
Enter your details on Create Your Account and click Send Code. Enter the code we send you and click Confirm.
Answer their questions, if asked
Some Luminaries ask A few questions from Luminary first. Answer them and click Continue to Payment.
Pay
If you have a promo code, click Have a promo code?, enter it and click Apply. Then click the button that shows your price, for example Subscribe · $20 / month, or Start 7-Day Free Trial if your code gives you a free trial. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
You'll land on Welcome to Luminary's space, and the Luminary's member content and community open up. Manage your membership any time under Purchases.
Got an invite?
An invite link opens a page that usually says Your invite is ready. If you're not signed in, sign in or create an account there, and the invite is applied automatically. If you're already signed in, click Continue. For a membership invite, checkout opens on the same page instead. If the Luminary asks questions first, answer them and click Submit form to continue.
A membership invite can also show when billing starts, for example "Access is active now. Billing starts …" You have access straight away, and you're first charged on that date.
Members-only items
