Create an account and log in
Sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with Google. No password needed.
Soul doesn't use passwords. You sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email.
Create an account
- On bringsoul.life, click Sign Up. You'll see Create a Free Account.
- Enter your email address and click Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click Continue.
When you join something on a portal, you may see Get started with Portal name portal instead. It's the same account.
Log in
- On bringsoul.life, click Log In. You'll see Welcome Back.
- Enter your email and click Send a Code.
- Enter the code and click Continue.
Or choose Google under "or", if it's shown.
Not sure whether you have an account? Just enter your email either way. If it already has an account, the code logs you in. If it doesn't, the code creates one.
Code problems
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| That code did not work | Check you used the newest code, or click Resend code. You can resend every 30 seconds. |
| We could not send a code to that address | Check the email for typos and try again. |
| We could not send a new code | Wait a moment and click Resend code again. |
| We couldn't confirm the request just now | A security check failed. Wait a moment and try again, ideally without a VPN or ad blocker. |
| We could not sign you in with Google | Use your email address instead. |
Typed the wrong address? On the code screen, click Use a different address.
Can't find the email? Check spam and promotions folders, and search for "Soul".
Bought something without an account?
If you checked out as a guest, you'll be asked to Create Your Account afterwards so you can get back to what you bought. Use the same email you paid with.
Change your email
Go to My Profile → Email → Change. Enter the new address and click Send code, then enter the code sent to it and click Confirm. You'll see Email address updated.
You can also start from Settings → General Preferences → Email → Edit.
