# Settings

> Your portal's name and address, emails, team, connected apps, refund policy, domain, AI usage and automations.

The Settings pillar (_"Application & portal settings."_) holds everything that applies across your whole portal rather than to one offering.

## Anatomy

| Email Settings  | Sender Name (your portal name), Include Announcement Title, Email Header, Email Footer, with a live preview               |
| Collaborators   | Your team, each with a role (Owner or Collaborator) and status                                                            |
| Integrations    | Connected Accounts (your personal Google Calendar and Zoom) and Portal Connected Accounts (your portal's Google Calendar) |
| Refund Policy   | Allow refunds, Practitioner-funded full refunds and your Policy text                                                      |
| Custom Domain   | Add, verify and manage your own domain ($12/month add-on)                                                                |
| AI usage        | Your included allowance, prepaid credit, monthly cap and pay as you go                                                    |
| Automations     | Every automation across your portal: trigger, action, on/off                                                              |

## Owner-only settings

A portal has one Owner and any number of Collaborators. Only the owner can invite or remove collaborators and manage the custom domain.
