# Manage who is on a path

> See who has joined, check what each person received, resend a prompt, or remove someone from a path.

## When to use this

- You want to know who joined a path, and when.
- A member says they didn't get a message.
- Someone joined late and you want to catch them up.
- You need to take someone off a path.

## See who's on the path

Open the path from [Offerings → Paths](https://portal.bringsoul.life/paths) and click the Subscribers tab. The header shows the number of active subscribers.

| Column     | Shows                                                                                                    |
| ---------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Subscriber | Name, with an Email only badge if they have no phone number on file                                      |
| Joined     | When they joined                                                                                         |
| Status     | Active, Left (they left themselves) or Removed (you removed them)                                        |
| Delivery   | For example _"12 / 15 delivered · 1 failed"_ on Self-Paced paths, or _"12 delivered"_ on Scheduled paths |

Use Filter this path's subscribers… to search, and the status filter (All, Active, Left, Removed) to narrow the list.

## Check what someone received

**Step 1: Open their row**

Click a subscriber to open their panel.
**Step 2: Review their prompts**

Under Prompts, switch between Upcoming, Past and All, or use Search prompts…. Each prompt shows
its date, channel and status.

**Step 3: Read the status**

Delivered (click it to see the exact send time), Scheduled, Not yet, Missed (it went out before
they joined), Skipped, Failed or Mixed (text and email ended differently). Skipped and failed
prompts show a reason, such as *"no phone on file — delivered via email instead"*.

## Send or resend a prompt

In the subscriber's panel, click Send Now on any prompt to send it to them immediately, or Resend on one they already got (you'll be asked _"Resend this prompt?"_). You'll see _"Send queued."_ A resend goes out on every channel the message uses.

This is the way to catch up someone who joined a Scheduled path late.

## Remove someone

In the subscriber's panel, click Remove from Path and confirm. Their future prompts stop, their history stays, and their status becomes Removed. You can add them back later with Add Subscriber.

## Good to know

- Members can leave themselves with Leave This Path. They then show as Left.
- Soul AI can help. Ask [Soul AI](https://help.bringsoul.life/luminaries/soul-ai) _"who is on my 21-day path?"_, _"add Maya to this path"_ or _"remove her from this path"_.
- Missing messages? Check the subscriber's status pill and reason first. _"no phone or email on file — not delivered"_ means Soul had no way to reach them.

## What your members see

Nothing changes for members when you check their progress. A prompt you send or resend arrives right away. A removed member stops receiving prompts.
