# Include event tickets in a pass

> Give pass holders free or discounted tickets to your upcoming events.

Pass holders get a special price on the event tickets you choose, as long as the event takes place while their pass is active.

## When to use this

- A season pass for your workshops: _"All spring workshops free for pass holders."_
- A retreat or program where the pass covers the live events along the way.
- Mixing sessions and events in one pass.

## Steps

**Step 1: Make sure the event can be attached**

The event must be public or unlisted, have at least one ticket, and not have ended. Recurring
events can't be attached. They're greyed out with *"Recurring events cannot be included in a
pass."*

**Step 2: Open the pass and attach the event**

[Offerings → Passes](https://portal.bringsoul.life/passes) → your pass → Attach Offering → Event
tab. Tick the event.

**Step 3: Set a pass price for each ticket**

Each ticket appears with its regular Ticket price. Click Free or type an amount and click Set
for each ticket you want to include. Tickets you leave alone stay *"Not included"*.

**Step 4: Save**

Click Done. The Offerings card lists the event with its pass prices.

## Good to know

- The event has to fall inside the pass window. If it starts before the pass is activated or ends after it expires, the member pays the regular ticket price.
- Each ticket is attached separately. A new ticket you add to the event later isn't included until you attach it.
- Events that have ended disappear from the attach list.

## What your members see

The pass page lists each included event under _"Pass holders get access to:"_, and after they buy the pass the success screen invites them to _"Book now to secure your spot!"_ with a link to each included event. The event page and its checkout show the regular ticket price, though. Pass holders aren't offered the pass price when they register for an event yet.
