Active subscribers are paying now; past subscribers have cancelled. | | | Customer | Someone who has bought something from you. | | | Lead | Someone who showed interest (a form, an unfinished checkout, an import) but hasn't bought. | | | Collaborator | A team member you invite to help run your portal, with their own login. | team member, assistant | | Owner | The person who created the portal. Only the owner manages the team and custom domain. | | | Staff | A person who can host sessions, set up in Resources. Often a collaborator. | host | ## Your portal | Term | Meaning | Also called | | ------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------- | | Portal | Your public home on Soul, holding your story and everything you offer. | Soul Portal | | Handle | The part of your portal address after `/portal/`. Treat it as permanent once shared. | portal address, slug | | Dashboard | Where you manage everything, at `portal.bringsoul.life`. | | | Pillar | A top-level section of the dashboard's left rail: Offerings, Community, Audience, Business, My Portal, Settings. | | | Section | A block on your portal, such as Events or Sessions, that you switch on, order and set visibility for. | | | Highlight | An item pinned to the top of your portal. | featured | | Link card | A card in your portal's Links block pointing to a web address or something in your portal. | custom link | | Header button | One of up to two buttons under your bio. | call to action | | Landing page | A standalone page for one launch or offer, outside your portal home. | sales page | | Custom domain | Your own web address, like `yourname.com`, serving your portal. | | | Unlisted | Hidden from your portal but open to anyone with the link. | private link | ## Offerings | Term | Meaning | Also called | | ------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------- | | Offering | Anything you offer: event, 1:1 session, course, content, collection, chat space, path, pass. | product | | 1:1 Session | A bookable one-to-one appointment type. | session type, appointment | | Booking | One member's reservation of a session time. | | | Bundle | A session type where one purchase covers several sessions. | session pack | | Event | A scheduled group offering with tickets. May repeat. | workshop, class | | Ticket | A way to attend an event, with its own price and capacity. | | | Registration | One member's sign-up for an event. | | | Course | A structured program of modules and lessons. | | | Content item / Collection | A single piece of media or writing / a named group of them. | content library | | Private Path | A sequence of prompts sent by text and/or email.
